Micro Support Center was founded in October of 1985. Our office was originally located in the Charles H. Strong building in the Frontier area of Erie, PA. Our main focus at that time was on-site sales and service of computer systems and printers for Credit Unions and Small Businesses.
In 1990 Micro Support Center became a Sub "S" corporation under Chase Enterprises, Inc. In 1992 the facility was relocated to 7314 West Ridge Road in Fairview, PA. Although our focus remained with Credit Unions and Small Businesses, the move opened us up to the retail market. The new building more than tripled our available area and allowed us to open an in-house Service Department. It also allowed for a Retail Showroom for walk-in trade.
To this day Credit Unions and Small Businesses are a major part of our customer base. The retail trade has brought us customers from the tri-state area. We offer sales and service of high-quality, built in-house computer systems for office and home. We also carry printers, scanners, multi-media kits, modems, etc. If you count on your computer, count on us.
